Marc Schwartz is founder and Managing Partner of SpectraComm. Marc uses over twenty-five years of business experience to help organizations, teams and individuals break down the barriers to success and create a positive, measurable impact on productivity and personal satisfaction. Marc has worked with a wide range of client companies, including Verizon, Bank of America, Kodak, Brinks, and Johnson &Johnson as well as a number of entrepreneurial organizations within industries as diverse as medical, telecommunications and retail. Since 1988, Marc has presented seminars, workshops and lectures to over 30,000 people on Communication Styles, Sales, Team Development, Conflict Resolution, Strategic Planning, Coaching, and Building a Quantum Organization. Marc's primary focus is to help individuals find and develop their natural strengths so they can experience higher levels of personal satisfaction and greater growth opportunities. Marc has a BBA in Management and Marketing and is certified as a Corporate Coach, and COREMAP Facilitator. |

Bruce has over 30 years of experience working with organizations that range from small entrepreneurial businesses to Fortune 100 corporations in the area of executive coaching, leading with emotional intelligence, customer service, sales training, and management consulting skills. His industry expertise includes high-tech, health care, telecomm, banking, insurance, consumer products, government, and manufacturing. Background - As s former Director of Professional Training at EDS, Bruce created an account leadership program that developed a diverse team of global leaders, which enabled the company to improve service delivery and to grow existing business by 20%. He is highly experienced and knowledgeable in consulting skills and has managed a large organization that trained over 1000 information technology professionals to be high-level Management Consultants. He has provided consulting and executive coaching services to clients including EDS, Coca-Cola, Cadbury Schweppes, City of Plano, HCA, Lehigh University, Resources Connection, Verizon, Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, and Westin Hotels. Bruce has a M.B.A. from Boston University and a B.A. from Lehigh University. He is also a Professor in a Dallas area Executive MBA Program, and teaches courses on Coaching and Mentoring around Emotional Intelligence. Johan (Johnny) C.G. Zilliacus | ||

Mr. Zilliacus has many years of broad experience as a business leader in the USA and Europe. He gained valuable experience and skills in all aspects of marketing, sales, and distribution at Esso (Exxon) Finland. After Esso, he joined the Caterpillar dealership in Finland as Vice president of Sales and Marketing and later was the Managing Director of the dealership. Upon his return to the oil industry, Mr. Zilliacus held senior executive positions in marketing, sales, and communications with the Neste Corporation, an international integrated oil and chemical corporation based in Finland. He moved to the chemicals division where he was responsible for worldwide communications. Eventually, he moved to the United States upon his promotion to President of Neste Polyester, one of the leading manufacturers of polyester gel coats. Since the sale of Neste Polyester Mr. Zilliacus works as an International Management and Business Consultant in Dallas, Texas.
