Marc Schwartz is founder and Managing Partner of SpectraComm. Marc uses over thirty years of business experience to help organizations, teams and individuals break down the barriers to success and create a positive, measurable impact on productivity and personal satisfaction.

Marc has worked with a wide range of client companies, including Verizon, Bank of America, Kodak, Brinks, and Johnson &Johnson as well as a number of entrepreneurial organizations within industries as diverse as medical, telecommunications and retail.

Since 1988, Marc has presented seminars, workshops and keynotes to over 45,000 people on Communication Styles, Sales, Team Development, Conflict Resolution, and Coaching. Marc's primary focus is to help individuals find and develop their natural strengths so they can experience higher levels of personal satisfaction and greater growth opportunities.

Marc has a BBA in Management and Marketing and is a certified Corporate Coach and COREMAP Facilitator.

Bruce has over 30 years of experience working with organizations that range from small entrepreneurial businesses to Fortune 100 corporations in the area of executive coaching, leading with emotional intelligence, customer service, sales training, and management consulting skills. His industry expertise includes high-tech, health care, telecomm, banking, insurance, consumer products, government, and manufacturing.

Background - As s former Director of Professional Training at EDS, Bruce created an account leadership program that developed a diverse team of global leaders, which enabled the company to improve service delivery and to grow existing business by 20%. He is highly experienced and knowledgeable in consulting skills and has managed a large organization that trained over 1000 information technology professionals to be high-level Management Consultants. He has provided consulting and executive coaching services to clients including EDS, Coca-Cola, Cadbury Schweppes, City of Plano, HCA, Lehigh University, Resources Connection, Verizon, Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, and Westin Hotels.

Bruce has a M.B.A. from Boston University and a B.A. from Lehigh University. He is also a Professor in a Dallas area Executive MBA Program, and teaches courses on Coaching and Mentoring around Emotional Intelligence. Bruce is certified as a Corporate Coach, CORE MAP and Psych-K Facilitator, and has helped over 700 people achieve success, balance, and passion in their lives.

Jill Pickett, a Partner of SpectraComm, is a high-energy, results-based, formally trained executive coach with an extensive background in broadcasting as a radio news reporter and two award-winning decades as a television executive in branding, communications management, and production.

Through delivering Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Diversity, Communications Styles for Teams, Internal Coaching Techniques, and Leadership Training she provides what one CEO calls her "innovative personnel development technology, powerful communication skills, and ability to lead people to new levels of excellence," allowing her business clients to excel exponentially faster.

The on-going search for the finest tools that yield rapid and unprecedented results for her corporate and individual clients led her to become the first Master Certified Coremap consultant in the world. She takes one of the most uncommon, cutting edge tools to new heights of practical business use in communications refinement and personnel development. She is also a certified 4-S Coaching Model facilitator and an EFT-Adv practitioner.

Her corporate, municipal, and educational clients include Sterling McCall Toyota, Baylor College of Medicine, McKinney Medical Center, Cornerstone Mortgage, The City of Houston Mayor's Office, Sterling Capital Mortgage, and KSN Television Network.

Within the community, along side her support of Child Abuse Prevention, she was invited to facilitate the Houston Mayor's Task Force on Accessible Parking Issues in 2003 following a local ABC television expose reporting on the exceptional number of able-bodied citizens who park in handicapped parking spots without legal consequences. A solid plan was created by the Task Force and quickly voted into action by the Houston City Council. In 12 years, over 75,000 citations have been written and more than $30,500,000 in fines have been paid. The plan remains active and successful.
