CORE MAP®
is a multi-dimensional assessment that will provide an in-depth analysis of your natural talents and strengths, not your conditioned ones. Understanding more about your true nature, how you function in given situations, your personal effectiveness and reactionary traits, are stepping-stones on the path to finding the right job. After you complete the assessment, your coach will analyze your results and discuss them with you in detail, either in person or on the phone. Altogether you receive an hour and a half of coaching customized for your personal situation. Your career coach will address your particular issues and obstacles and suggest the action steps necessary to help you develop an effective a career plan. Our approach is to focus on outcomes that are important to you and help you create a roadmap for getting there.
