Creating High Performance
Leaders, Teams and Environments
Since 1988, our total focus at SpectraComm has been to assist leaders, managers and executives in creating high-performance environments so they can spend less time managing and more time growing and building their business and where people of every generation are fully engaged and operating at their highest capacity.
As an example, our proven three-stage Choice Leadership Program uncovers core performance issues, identifies vital behaviors and intrinsic motivators that are the foundational causes of employee disengagement and low performance. SpectraComm has helped organizations, worldwide, create an environment (culture) that leads to greater productivity, faster response to challenges, and more adaptable and effective teams without adding more stress or responsibilities on most already over-burdened managers and leaders.

Marc W. Schwartz
Marc W. Schwartz – Founder and Managing Partner at SpectraComm
Marc is an international speaker, author, and consultant on workforce performance who has traveled the world presenting to over 50,000 people in 38 countries on exactly how to use INFLUENCE to break through the barriers that stand in the way of managers getting optimal performance from their employees. Schwartz says, “Influence, not power, is the key to creating a really effective, multi-generational approach to the next evolution of business leadership.”
For more than three decades, Schwartz has developed a well-tested blueprint for corporate leaders, managers and sales professionals that provides the baseline for any team to create a high-performance environment where people of every generation are naturally motivated, engaged and operating at their highest capacity. Marc has excelled at helping clients from large multi-nationals to smaller entrepreneurs and startups create a Structured Freedom™ environment where managers can focus on what they do best rather than focusing on how to continually motivate people and do so in a way that still meets the needs of the organization, manager and the employee.
As a speaker, groups regularly report that Marc is high energy and has mastered the art of engaging his audiences through a process known as Edu-Train-Ment©. This entails the connection of customized customer business issues to key organizational and personal development strategies and delivering those points through the use of humor and inventive exercises which aids in the walk-away retention of valuable information for the participants.

In the community, alongside her support of Child Abuse Prevention, she was invited to facilitate the Houston Mayor’s Task Force on Accessible Parking Issues in 2003, following a local ABC television expose reporting on the exceptional number of able-bodied citizens who park in handicapped parking spots without legal consequences.
Within a few weeks, a solid plan was created by the 10-member Mayor’s Task Force, approved by Mayor Lee Brown, and quickly voted into action by the Houston City Council. In 14 years, the Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities has substantiated that over 75,000 citations have been written, and more than $30 million in fines have been paid. The plan remains active and successful.
